- Through the contact form on motex.ai, or by email.
- Useful in the first message: full name, company or firm, work email.
- Say how many cases you handle, in which subject matters, and what you need to solve.
- Clients with an active account use their usual channel, not this form.

## What happens next

- A reply by email within one business day.
- A short call to understand case volume and subject matters.
- A demo on cases similar to your own.
- If there is interest, a scoped pilot with real cases from your portfolio.

## What the demo covers

- The case file: court documents ordered by folio, each with its type label and the viewer alongside.
- Computed deadlines and hearings in the team calendar.
- The portfolio view: exposure by business unit, status per case and performance by outside firm.
- AI detection on a real filing.

- Business days, 9:00 to 18:00, Chile time.
- Team based in Santiago, Chile.
