- Draft 2, dated 17 August 2026.
- A working draft written for the site prototype. Content is complete: MOTEX CHILE SpA, tax ID (RUT) 78.344.932-3, legally represented by Cristian Richard. The only thing pending is review by a Chilean lawyer before publication, in particular the framing of the purpose regarding information from the judiciary.

## Main points

- The scope is access to and use of Motex: software that gathers, organizes and makes queryable information about court cases, for a legal department or a law firm.
- Access is by named account, within the contracting organization.
- Data the organization uploads, or that is collected from its cases, remains theirs.
- The service is provided to assist the client in cases that concern them; the client declares a
  legitimate interest in those cases and may not use the platform to monitor people with whom it
  has no procedural relationship.
- Price and billing are agreed with each organization. No prices are published on the site.
- Once the contract ends, the client has 30 calendar days to export their information; after that it is deleted.
- Governing law and jurisdiction: Chilean law and the ordinary courts of Santiago, since both provider and client are based in Chile.
